In your journal, as much as possible, you need to focus on the foods that you eat within the day. This will help you figure out your food pattern like how much you ate and what are those that you ate. Aside from that, you can also write about your feelings and emotions as well as any of your thoughts on your entire weight loss program.
First thing you need to accept that you can’t lose all of your extra body fat or excess weight in a day or two. You did not gain it that fast, and you won’t lose it that fast either. If you haven’t discovered this yet, losing the weight is actually much harder than it was to gain it. So you need to set realistic weight loss goals from start.
Keep the weight loss will power - The last tip is to have the will power to lose weight. Too many people are fooled by all the gimicky and fadish diets - as you said, you can’t shed those pounds in a short period of time. Think about it, you weren’t thin on Monday and fat on Friday - it takes time, thought, and diligence.
