It doesn’t matter what you do, but just move your body as much as you can or like basically. Remember that humans are built for walking and running and not sitting down on chair the whole day.
Remember to be in physical activity at least 30 minutes a day. It is the absolute minimum. In order to prevent weight piecing, it’s recommended that one also carries out a physical activity of more intensive character
Physical activity strengthens the heart, lungs, muscles, sinews, joints and bones and thus the physical form, as well as reduces the risk of overweight and fatness.
Movement gives energy and surpluses in everyday life and has by that a positive influence on the general well being, so psychological problems as stress, depression and fear in higher degree can be avoided.
It’s important to be physical activity regardless of age. The recommendation sounds “at least 30 minutes’ moderately daily physical activity”.
The 30 minutes can gladly be split up into several short periods. This is not hard at all, you may already be more active in everyday life that you think, or here are some things you can do: taking the bicycle more often, take the staircase instead of the elevator. Cleaning and gardening can also be considered as physical activity.
With 2-3 hours additional physical activity per week at moderate to hard intensity you should see results. It might for example be to run a trip, go to the swimming center, fitness center or take a bike trip once or twice a week.
60 minutes for children and young.
Children and young are recommended at least to be physically active for about 60 minutes a day. The physical activity can well be pieced together by more short periods, but the total should add up to the 60 minutes.
If overweight is to be prevented, children and young ought however to have at least 60 minutes’ moderately physical a day activity and gladly more.
