Rapid Weight Loss
Written by InsideAdmin on June 10, 2008 – 5:10 pm -Whatever rapid weight loss program you are on you will find that many of the things you currently do in a week will have to change if it is to be successful. If you need to lose weight quickly, then you need to be near perfect in executing your weight loss plan so below are some tips to help you lose weight, which should be part of your weekly routine. There are a number of things that can affect your weight loss; for example:
Obesity or weight problems that may run in the family
Psychological stress
Determination
Being overweight affects each person in many different ways! Losing weight can be the turning point in an overweight or obese person’s life and they can get their self-respect back and reduce the number of associated health risks. This is the reason why so many people want rapid weight loss systems, so they can start seeing results quickly but they also need support from family and friends; in addition to exercise, a healthy diet plan and probably diet supplements will be required as well. Exercise should be regular and consistent with at least fifteen minutes per day doing anything that is good for cardiovascular health, like swimming, running, brisk walking and even dancing.
Though there are many rapid weight loss plans out there, everyone’s body and metabolism reacts differently to these programs; some people can’t progress on the diet as fast as others. Part of the beauty of weight loss plans is that they can be adjusted to suit the individual if the results aren’t encouraging, plus, increasing the cardiovascular activity will help. Whilst most systems do work, there isn’t one that will work for everyone that uses it so you may have to try another if the one you are using isn’t producing results; this is quite natural.
Some people are unable to run, dance or swim so if you are only comfortable walking then that is fine; calories are burnt quicker with muscle that has been converted from fat, even as a result of walking, but not everyone is suited to vigorous physical exertion. The importance of drinking fresh water regularly cannot be emphasized enough; rapid weight loss depends on flushing your system out so you must stay hydrated during the process, about 6 large glasses per day should be enough. Foods that have been fried, especially deep fried should be cut out of the diet altogether as they contain too much fat that is harmful to the system.
It is recommended for those on a strict diet to opt for grilled food as this contains a smaller amount of fat after the food has been cooked. Make sure that you aren’t avoiding carbohydrates altogether though as they provide your body with the energy it needs to function properly. If you follow this plan, you will be losing a little over a pound a day, but once you stop this routine of only 1000 to 1500 calories a day you are very likely to go right back to your normal size.
