I recommend this rapid fat loss diet simply because of the fact that it is based on getting the right nutrition, it is very easy to do, and it will increase your metabolism as high as possible. But you see, it will not work for you unless you are willing to be 100% consistent. Always remember, consistency is the secret to get the body you’ve always wanted.
